Carmelo has been exceptional throughout the whole process. Right from the beginning he came home and gave me a free estimate and sent me computer generated images of what they would look like. He was patient enough to accommodate the changes we wanted more than a few times. The closets were installed on time and they are just amazing that we have much more space. FYI, we bought an older house and the closets were the 70s style with with rack on top and a single shelf on top.
Workmanship is very good as well.
His pricing is excellent. We had quotes that were with the same specs and materials at literally twice the price per closet. Carmelo was upfront about the price and no gimmicks involved.
And for the DIY folks, trust me it definitely worth an additional hundred dollars or so than the do it yourself closets. Save yourself the time and aggravation. There's more work than you think there is.
On the whole I am really satisfied at how our closets turned out.
PS The doors were installed by us.
