FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on a few main factors, like the type of item, how many pieces you need, the size and placement of the design, the number of colors, and whether it's screen printing, embroidery, or DTF. Since every order is a little different, we provide custom quotes to make sure you're only paying for what your project actually needs. We always aim to be clear and upfront. There are no hidden fees, and we’ll walk you through the pricing so you know exactly what to expect. We also offer price breaks for larger orders, so the more you order, the more you save per piece. If you have a specific budget, feel free to tell us. In most cases, we can suggest options to help you stay within your budget without sacrificing quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free for our customers. When someone reaches out, we start by talking through what they need. That could be shirts for an event, uniforms for their team, or custom merch for their business. We’ll ask a few questions about the type of items, how many, and what kind of design they’re thinking about. Once we have the details, we send over a quote and help fine-tune the artwork if needed. Before we print or embroider anything, we always send a proof so you can see exactly how it will look. Once you approve it, we move into production. Turnaround time depends on the size of the order, but we’re always upfront about the timeline and keep you updated along the way. When everything’s ready, we’ll set up pickup or shipping, whichever is easier for you. Our goal is to make the whole process smooth and to deliver something you’ll be proud of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this line of work, hands-on experience is everything. A lot of what we do comes from years of working directly with screen printing, embroidery machines, and DTF equipment, learning how to get the best results through trial, error, and refinement. That said, there’s definitely some technical training involved too. Understanding how to separate artwork for screen printing, digitize files for embroidery, or properly prep designs for DTF printing takes skill and know-how. We’ve spent time learning the ins and outs of industry software, different types of garments and inks, how to work with various fabrics, and how to run production smoothly. On top of that, staying up to date with new equipment, techniques, and materials is part of the job. You’re always learning in this field, whether it’s through trade shows, supplier training, or just solving new challenges that come with custom orders.
