D&N is a great company. They worked at my house demolishin and rebuilding my front steps. The people working for this company are great professionals and they knew exactly what I was looking. The estimate for the project at my house was great and they completed the job 100%, going beyond my expectations. I would deffinately recommand D&N.

D&N put in paver stones in a portion of my yard and repaired my front steps which were cracked and falling. The delivery of the materials took a bit longer than expected, so that delayed the start of the project. When they did start, they worked quickly. The back yard came out nice and I now have a nice area where we can hang out and my front steps are not a hazard and are fixed. They also put in a new retaining wall and steps to lead down to the new area of the yard. The overall quality of the work was good and I was very impressed on how they were able to level out the area to put in the new pave stones. What could have gone better....They didn't totally finish the job when promised. They started the work on Friday and were suppose to finish on Sunday, they did not complete the work totally on Sunday, they left a few things undone, and it took them a whole week to come back and finish with what I thought was the most important part of the job, the sealing of the paver stones, so it rained very heavily that week and that was a disappointment for me. BUT they did come back and finished the job, a week later. Also, they did not take the debris that was left over from the tearing out of the remaining deck steps and wall, I had a bit of deck wood that I needed to dispose of my self, so next time I'll just make sure that I make that clear in my initial request and make sure that it is in the contract. All in all, the quality of the actual work was very good, Dhimitri was very polite, professional and works with you according to your budget. D&N knows what they are doing, their work is very good, just be sure to make all your requests upfront and that all your expectations are clear and spelled out in your contract so that you have no surprises. In D&N's eagerness to please, they sometimes over promise and this makes them look like they under deliver. Will I use them again in the future, Yes. Do I recommend you call D&N, YES. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

No pricing is standard, all pricing is worked around your personal budget and needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like seeing the project in person, no one should receive a blind estimate. We need to know your exact needs to fulfill them. With that said an estimator always comes to the project for a live quote.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Every mason we send out to a project has at leas 15 years of experience working in the field.
