AzilRose's yoga session turned my day around. Her yoga session turned my day around. She was precise, yet understanding that it was my first session in Yoga after a long hiatus. During her class, it was obvious to me he is passionate about sharing her knowledge of yoga. She brings a good spirit to her class. Highly recommend her.

AzilRose is amazing, we hired her as a yoga instructor for Saturday classes at our residential building and while I haven't personally met Azil she's been reliable every time I've called, on time for all classes, reasonable in pricing and my residents look forward to every Saturday with AzilRose!!! -Thanks a bunch you're amazing

Liza is full of positive energy. She is a pleasure to be around and to know! She is highly knowledgeable in YOGA and the movement of the body. She gives an excellent class! She always knows what to tweak for her clients and knows which poses will be right for that day!

Liza has become like family! She has been training me since the summer and I cannot think of a more kind, responsive, skillful and patient teacher. She comes to my home and I am always so happy to have her work with me! In addition, my two young kids love her and I am planning on asking her to come work with them once a week as well; because she had shown me that she has an amazing approach to kids. Liza is very knowledgeable in the way our mind, body and spirit are connected and I am convinced that she knows when I have had a rough day and what kind of yoga to do to make the day better. She is great for strength training, all yoga poses and restorative yoga since I experience a lot of fatigue and migraines. She has pushed me to realize that I am stronger than I realize and I cannot imagine going a week without her. The best decision was when I got in touch with her! I would recommend her to anyone whether beginner or advanced as well as for kids!
