I contacted Lion Bros after my tenant reported that the garage door was malfunctioning and could not even be closed manually. With the cold weather and the Christmas season approaching, it was an urgent situation.The technician, Shawn, came out within a few hours to assess the issue and provided a very reasonable quote. Once we agreed, he sent the contract immediately and scheduled the installation for the very next day. He clearly understood the urgency and completed the job on time.The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Shawn kept me updated throughout, even late at night, to ensure scheduling for installation. Very professional and a truly pleasant experience.I will definitely contact Lion Bros again for any future garage door issues.
