Hired Paul for my new home inspection and tank sweep. He was super responsive from the beginning and worked with me with his fee. During the inspection, he was detailed and explained thoroughly to all of my family members and didn't seemed bothered by them. He even delivered his report next day and we were able to negotiate further with the seller. He is super knowledgeable and it was a true 5 stars experience. Highly recommended!!!

Mr Wan Paul, Did a great job at inspecting a home for me and found things that was hidden or cover up. He was actually on site 20 mins before myself and the realtor. Don’t hesitate to contact him for your home inspection. He better than the rest. I couldn’t ask for a better inspector to add to my contacts.
