Mark is great to work with, he's personable, timely, and trustworthy. I had issues with a previous property management company and reached out to Mark instead. He patiently walked me through everything, wanted to make sure my current contacts weren't breached, etc. A couple weeks later, I was signing a contract with him. Mark got my place rented out in less than a month at $50 more than the previous place was listing it for (it was on the market for 4+ months!!). When I say Mark is detailed and thorough, I mean it. I had already moved across the country and he kept me up to date through email, text, phone calls. He called me each week to provide updates on applicants, and statuses. This is a guy you want to do business with he's quick, ethical, patient, and makes you feel like you are his only customer with the attention he provides. If I know anyone renting out their place I will always recommend Mark.

At Real Property Management Concierge, we pride ourselves on simple, transparent, honest pricing. You’ll never find any hidden fees or surprises. The bottom line, we don’t get paid until you do. Our management plans are designed to handle the stress of tenants, maintenance, and liability. We proudly offer three packages with rates based on the services you desire.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally begin with a short telephone conversation to discuss a clients reasons for reaching out to a property manager. We then find it helpful to schedule a meeting at the property to take a tour, talk about the owners goals and expectations, review our services and management agreement, Then discuss next steps.
