Im happy with my apartment because I was on the second floor and now I am on the first floor and since I will be staying most of my life, I dont need to worry about going up the steep stairs.

And somebody who moved here from Hackensack last December I can tell you full-heartedly that this is the apartment is absolutely amazing The landlord is absolutely amazing the super is amazing I love not being in Hackensack anymore because Duma is a nice quiet town there's nothing to ever worry about going wrong Even being on a main road and a main bus line the apartment is really great and Mark I can't compliment enough he is always on top of things he notifies me before they're doing any work he lets me know when things are going wrong hey you know we're going to do something else the building he lets me know if there's any problems and he's always really responsive I love this building and the management crews great Mark is absolutely amazing and the real property management group can always know that I will love this place for a while My goal is to live here as long as I can This place is absolutely amazing

Mark Adams is an excellent property manager. If ever there's a problem (and there haven't been too many since meeting him 3 years ago), he is quick to respond. He is attentive to tenant needs and communative about upcoming repairs or issues as it pertains to the building and common areas. Overall, he is cordial and friendly. You couldn't get a better person as a property manager.

Mark has been a fantastic liaison between us and the owner of our apartment. As always happens in new places, my girlfriend and I experienced a few issues in the week or two after moving in, and Mark was professional, responsive, and courteous about rectifying each situation.

At Real Property Management Concierge, we pride ourselves on simple, transparent, honest pricing. You’ll never find any hidden fees or surprises. The bottom line, we don’t get paid until you do. Our management plans are designed to handle the stress of tenants, maintenance, and liability. We proudly offer three packages with rates based on the services you desire.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally begin with a short telephone conversation to discuss a clients reasons for reaching out to a property manager. We then find it helpful to schedule a meeting at the property to take a tour, talk about the owners goals and expectations, review our services and management agreement, Then discuss next steps.
