Stan fixed my year old problem with leaking water from Frigidaire fridge, which I was managing by myself and fixing everything other than the root cause. Stan was quick to find out what the root cause is. He bought the replacement parts (showed me the price), gave me quote for overall repair, which I was happy with. He worked based on my schedule. I never upsell or upcharge customer. Price you get is price you pay, and it won't increase during repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask to describe problem, check and diagnose appliance, offer price quote and repair it, if customer accepts the price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am an Electronic Engineer, but I never liked offices. I have been in the field for the last 24 years.
