We found PowerPro Carpet Cleaning of NJ online after trying absolutely everything to remove urine stains and a terrible pee smell from our bedroom carpetthanks to our dog, Harley. Nothing we tried worked, and we were getting so frustrated. PowerPro was a lifesaver! They were extremely flexible and accommodating with our busy work schedules. They came out on a Saturday to apply a special treatment that breaks down deep-set urine, and then returned on Monday evening to do the full cleaning. They were also incredibly kind and nonjudgmental throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference. After they were done, the stains were completely gone and the awful smell finally disappeared. They were professional, responsive, and really knew how to handle pet-related carpet issues. Were so grateful and would highly recommend PowerPro to anyone dealing with stubborn stains or lingering odors. Happy to have our bedroom back!
