So glad I chose the right company it was late but Ross said he would be right over and in an hour he had my heat working again I plan on callng him again future maintenance

I placed an emergency call when my furnace broke down on one of the coldest days of the season. Ross called me within the hour (which aligns with the name of his company) and arrived at my home around noon the same day. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem, showed me the areas of concern, and gave me a few options for resolution. I decided to proceed with a new furnace, and he was able to order and install it the same day. He worked until almost 9 PM to ensure everything was working. He followed up the week after with an in-person visit for some final adjustments. I'm glad I met Ross and will trust him going forward with all my HVAC needs!

Cant say enough great things about Ross. We came back from a vacation to our house being 38 degrees and the heater blowing cold air. We were shocked when another company was so busy they werent available for a week. We called One Hour and they came out literally an hour later and fixed the unit as soon as the part was available. They will now be my go to HVAC company, Ross is professional, very nice, and fixed our issue! Prices are also very reasonable

Our heater had some problem in the weekend . We called them and we had an excellent experience with them. Ross Mykolyk was very polite and knowledgeable.we highly recommend them.

Made a service call for a breaker that kept tripping. Of course my unit started working without tripping, right before they showed up. Nonetheless, Russ came by for my service call, he was very professional and polite. Went above an beyond and did his due diligence to look over everything he could, check all connections and confirm proper power draws, and although nothing was found out of the ordinary, he still called me 2 times in the past week to follow up and make sure everything was still running smoothly. Great Service!
