I placed an emergency call when my furnace broke down on one of the coldest days of the season. Ross called me within the hour (which aligns with the name of his company) and arrived at my home around noon the same day. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem, showed me the areas of concern, and gave me a few options for resolution. I decided to proceed with a new furnace, and he was able to order and install it the same day. He worked until almost 9 PM to ensure everything was working. He followed up the week after with an in-person visit for some final adjustments. I'm glad I met Ross and will trust him going forward with all my HVAC needs!

Brilliant team and crew - Ross was fantastic. I was out of heat on a particularly snowy day Sunday evening. They accommodated me on a very short time. Ross explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and fixed the issue right after. Thorough professionals.
