Michael went above and beyond in wiring my room up for an ethernet connection. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our labor is always fairly priced and mainly set as fixed pricing with the occasional job which requires time and material pricing.
We are also authorized dealers of many popular brands such as LG, Sony, Samsung, Sonos, Klipsch, Denon, and many more! Our pricing on equipment is very competitive and usually below MSRP on most items.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some jobs can easily be priced out but there are some that require a prior visit and a proposal will be written out.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers are mix of residential and commercial. Within those two categories the work done is new constructions, renovations, and existing.
