All services are performed in accordance with New Jersey Notary Fee Law guidelines, with clear and transparent pricing. Mobile Notary Service: $45 for up to 3 signatures (includes travel within my standard service area) Ideal for busy professionals, real estate clients, and legal documents requiring reliable, on-site service Flexible scheduling available, including evenings and weekends Extended travel or priority appointments are accommodated and quoted in advance Remote Online Notarization (RON): $25 for the first signature $10 for each additional signature (up to 5 total) A secure and efficient solution for clients who prefer a streamlined, remote experience Specialized Services: Trusted support for attorneys, real estate professionals, and business owners Loan signings and real estate closings priced per assignment—please contact me for a customized quote Preferential pricing available for repeat clients and multi-document appointments I prioritize punctuality, attention to detail, and a smooth signing experience—ensuring your documents are handled correctly the first time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience operating a remote and mobile notary business. I am certified through the National Notary Association (NNA), which has provided me with specialized training in notarial laws, identity verification, fraud prevention, and best practices for both in-person and remote notarizations. In addition, I am a licensed mortgage broker and real estate agent. This background has given me strong knowledge of real estate transactions, loan documentation, compliance requirements, and closing processes, allowing me to work effectively with lenders, title companies, and clients throughout complex financial and property transactions.
