- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step when working with a potential new client is talking about their fitness goals. A FREE consultation/assessment is scheduled. This assessment allows myself and the prospective client to meet to make sure there is a good rapport. A brief physical assessment takes place so I can assess the clients current fitness level. This allows me to design the exercise program specific to the clients current fitness level and their stated fitness goals.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having obtained my B.A. in Psychology I learned that I really enjoyed helping people better their lives. I decided to follow my passion for fitness and combine the two. I have the unique ability to combine the mind-body principles that allow for optimal results. Exercise is NOT just a physical commitment!
