I never heard of a water softener into my told me about it and cuz I had a problem with my water heater so I reached they gave me the best price out all the places that I talked to same product. I had it installed for a few months now. haven't had a problem yet

We had a wonderful experience with Ultra Pure from the first interaction. They are very responsive and helpful. Our initial consultation was very thorough as Al helped us understand all the different technicalities and process. During installation, Al and Elizabeth were both very thorough, patient with our questions, and just wonderful people overall. We’ve only had the system for a week now but so far so good. Rose from the office is also absolutely wonderful and very quick to respond. In terms of pricing, we found them very fair. The amazing customer service really won us over. We look forward to continuing to work with Ultra Pure for the maintenance of the system.
