They accidentally screwed into my sliding bathroom door. I contacted him about his mistake. He came back to "fix it," but didn't match my original paint and ended up botching my door. I asked if the color would be the same, and he assured me that it would. I trusted them as they are "pros," and that's why I'm paying for their expertise. He used spray paint and got it all over the floor. I called him again to inform him that the color/repair was obvious. He came back again and attempted with roller paint, and again used spray paint. I advised him to use plastic on the floor instead of the parchment paper he used beforehand because it got all over the place, and he assured me that it would work. The paint got all over the place again. The job came out far worse than before. He could have been honest and told me that he couldn't help me fix it becuase it wasn't his scope of practice. He has the gall to tell me on the phone that he's not a painter and he will not come back to my house. He's someone mad at me for his mistakes, taking it out on me that he's had to return to my house more than once, and has spent too much money on this. Mind you, it was never my mistake from the beginning. He lied to me from the beginning; he should've just told me someone else needs to fix it and let me find someone else. He lied to me again when he told me that his worker had left the country and he couldn't come back to fix his mistake.

This is all ridiculous. I never had, like this kind of experience. this is almost 2 months! the first time when provider fix the door she is said I’m okay with that no any problem, after 3 weeks she texted me she is not happy coz paint color is white but it’s shiny I don’t like it ! I sent the provider again told him to paint all door that nothing will shows different, it’s white color of course old paint and new paint it couldn’t look the same! and provider painted all door! again after 2 weeks she texted me I need him to come back to paint floor molding ! coz floor molding white color is looks for her different then the door white color! door is new frish painted and she knew that but she tached with legs to the door to get paited and took the pic and sent to me , after i said i am sorry but i cant do anyting eles and i refund her money back $120! but she told me give more money , $300! and sent me the request for $300, after an hour she is sent another request this time price came higher $350!

The process of working with a new Customer is we discuss the project . I need to get pictures of items to give full estimate! We agree on a price that works best. After that the Customer should send the Address to confirm schedule and timeframe . for booking !
