Just a beginning side note, I am a Software Engineer, so I do know a bit about working with computers and repairing them myself and I originally thought about doing this repair myself, but due to time constraints, I decided to let someone, who would know more about the specifics of the repair, do the service. And I'm glad that I did. The Computer Doctor professional, Stan, provided me with excellent service, even before I selected them to service my laptop repair. He provided me with an estimate of parts that may possibly be required, as well as what cost reductions may be made if certain parts were not damaged. I had done my own research and Stans estimates were right on point. Stan used all New manufacturer certified parts still wrapped in the packaging. The repairs were made in a timely manner and within the estimate time provided. There were also a couple of issues that were discovered, such as chaffed wiring, that were repaired at no charge to avoid possible future issues. All of the repaired items and pictures of the repair process were provided for my review as the repair was progressing. I was also impressed by Stans knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail, all while providing a timely service. I am completely satisfied with my laptop repair. Thank you for your service Computer Doctor and Stan.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Computer Doctor. My computer screen was completely broken, and I was bracing myself for a stressful ordeal. Stan is awesome! I drive a truck - long distances. So, when my laptop broke, it was a disaster. It was a blessing to find Stan. We worked together via phone, exchanging photos and info about the problem. He made the repair so easy-everything was ready to go when I arrived in town. He even met me at my parking location and picked up the laptop. His communication was great-texts and calls to update me on the status. The repair was finished within 24 hours, and I was able to pickup the computer on Christmas Eve. Stan is a remarkable person-I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Stan is amazing. I requested a technician to repair my broken computer screen. He responded within a short period of time, and went above and beyond and offered to drive to my office to pick up my computer and repair it. I was as amazed at how quickly he repaired it. He reached filled me in on the details of the repair and his fee was incredibly low. I would 100% refer and use him again in the future.
