I needed to relocate a dryer vent quickly and contacted Fairfield Fireplace through Thumbtack. They responded immediately, came over the same day, assessed the problem and provided a reasonable estimate. We scheduled an appointment for the work and it was performed in a professional manner. I observed them the whole time they were working, and found them to be meticulous and very clean. On a personal note, they are very friendly and were very patient in explaining the work that needed to be done. I was particularly impressed that they made several trips to get paint so the exterior vent cover matched the color that we wanted. I would high;y recommend them.

Vinny was awesome. Did some troubleshooting for my gas fireplace (didn’t even know how to turn it on). Helped me understand how to turn the pilot on and off, as well as installed a remote.

Last Saturday we couldn’t get our gas fireplace to light. I contacted Vinny at Fairfield Fireplace Services LLC who came by on Sunday. Our fireplace was shot. Vinny was very knowledgeable and helped us pick what was best for us. He had it ordered the next day and was back on Friday to install. He was very prompt, quick to install and cleaned up everything before he left. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Vinny! I would highly recommend Fairfield to anyone who is need of service.
