Contact with Mike leading up to the cleaning day was spot on. He’s pleasant and was able to adjust the day based on schedule changes. However, I think that for about $240 I should’ve got the works in terms of the cleaning service. That’s what I had paid for. The assigned cleaner showed up and did the best she could I guess considering the days are getting hotter lately. I checked in to see if she needed water because I knew the heat was would be unbearable. I just wish that I’d gotten the service that matched the price. I shouldn’t have to go back in a few days later and vacuum above the kitchen cabinets or scrub down cabinets myself. I personally would not have paid that much for the quality of service . It didn’t match up. To me, this was certainly not a deep clean. Service wasn’t TERRIBLE, but definitely nothing above and beyond.

Sandra showed up very late. We were provided a window of 11AM to 1PM. She showed up at 1:30PM and did not start cleaning until almost 2PM. The company only sent 1 person who seemed very overwhelmed. They did a decent job in the kitchen and bathrooms but an awful job in the bedrooms and living rooms. So much so, that it was evident that 1 bedroom and 1 living room weren't touched whatsoever and we had to reclean. Further, we paid to have the interior windows cleaned, which was not completed. After tip, we paid nearly $300 for a $1,200 sq ft. house (3 bed / 2 bath). I feel ripped off.
