I will absolutely use this company again for all my moving needs. We had a slightly complicated move that we needed done. We had a large antique pump organ at our home that we needed moved to a store about a half an hour away. Once that one was delivered we needed to bring a larger one home that we purchased there. We were scheduled by Maddie who was super friendly, gave us excellent and prompt service and a reasonable quote. Wahid and Louis were our movers and they were wonderful. They expertly wrapped and were super careful with the fragile furniture. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they set up the new organ easily. I could not have asked for better service!!

I really enjoyed working with the team of guys who were sent to pack our trucks. Although it was a bit challenging to understand their strong accents I pressed on through that to make it all work smoothly. They really did know how to pack a truck well and gave me the choice of what to wrap and what not to wrap with blankets. Nothing broke! It was great in that aspect. The only part that was confusing to me was the way the hours would be charged vs. the estimate given. In the long run it worked out. The guys really worked hard the whole time and it was quite a bit of work to pack and unpack 2 trucks in one day. Thanks Van Express!

I don't go online and write reviews very often but I felt compelled to write this one. Everyone says moving is one of the most stressful things you can do and they're not wrong. If you're reading this review, it means you're trying to pick a moving company just like my wife and I were a couple of weeks ago. We reached out to Van Express because they were recommended to us by a friend and decided to use them based on that recommendation but also because they were available on the schedule we needed (pick up one day, hold everything and then deliver another day) and their estimate was very competitive but we all know how estimates can be! We felt confident in our decision but the process did not get off to a great start. On the day off the pickup, the job they had in the morning ran long and they were delayed two hours beyond their original arrival time. Loading did not start until 3pm and because the guys were already tired, they didn't finish until around 1030pm. The crew worked diligently though to get everything done even though they were clearly exhausted and we felt happy enough with the way they had worked and taken care of our possessions that we didn't care about the time. On Saturday morning, the crew called as promised to let us know they were 30 mins away and once they arrived, they worked quickly but carefully to get everything unloaded and placed in the correct rooms and all of the furniture reassembled. They worked so efficiently that despite the longer time required to load everything, they did not go over the estimated hours and we paid exactly what we had been quoted. The crew were all very professional, very polite and very courteous throughout the process. Special praise though is reserved for Omar. He was the foreman for both loading and unloading and he was unbelievable. He was calm, patient and in control of the whole process. He communicated any issues that came up very clearly and reviewed every detail with us throughout the move. I really can't say enough good things about him. We had another foreman, Mike, working as part of the crew during the unload too and he was excellent as well. I would recommend Van Express to anyone. If the other crews are anything like the crew we had, then you will be in good hands and if Omar or Mike happen to be the foreman on your move, then you can be assured that they will do anything and everything to make your move a success.

Turned up when they said and kept us informed that they were on their way. They went through the the quote in detail and explained everything. We had booked this from Angies List on a deal which they kept within and honoured. Great price compared to other companies that quoted much much more. We had already packed and taken everything apart which helped but they then covered everything in blankets and wrapped it all very well. Everything was moved quickly with no fuss and arrived fully intact at our new address and was placed exactly where we wanted it. Very happy and will use again for sure.
