I travel to client's homes and I also have my own private training studio for clients who would like to travel to me. My Private studio is equipped with commercial equipment and work by appointment only with my clients. I offer in person training and Virtual Training
Education:
Bachelor of Exercise Science with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. Doctorates of Physical Therapy Graduation 2022.
Thoughts on the fitness industry today:
I believe that the industry is flooded with many trainers with weekend certifications and no clinical knowledge on how take care of their clients. They go by a cookie cutter approach of training with every client and lack the knowledge to properly assess each individual. In a person who studies exercise science for 4 years vs a person who gets a certificate in a week there will be a vast difference in how they deal with clients. Then there also people who follow a workout plan online then call themselves trainers. These types of things brings a bad reputation to the industry.
Education is important for all in the Fitness Industry so when looking for a personal trainer I always tell people make sure your trainer has a degree in the field and at lease knows basic anatomy of the body. Pick their brains. Australia for example requires their trainers to have degrees in the field. America should follow suit.

Exos Sports Performance Specialist, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers, U.S. Soccer ,Dot Fit certified fitness professional, Federation F License. Precision Nutrition level 1 Certified
