What a difference a few days can make!! S&K was amazing, they helped with everything from start to finish, offering superb recommendations on my bathroom remodel. We had a bathroom remodeled with S&K and we can't say enough good things about them. Sam is a friendly, easy-going owner who was a pleasure to work with and we felt his quote for the project was very reasonable. His team (Williams, Dewis and one other) was professional, hard-working and meticulous. They took care to clean up each day and were respectful of our home. They showed up when they said they would, worked diligently throughout the day and were very accommodating if something needed to be changed. We would use them again in a heart beat!

If you’re looking for a contractor who shows up, follows through, and somehow keeps you laughing and sane during a renovation… look no further than S&K Construction. We hired Sam for our project, and I’m still wondering how we got this lucky. They renovated 2 full bathrooms, added shadow boxes to our foyer, crown molding in our dining and living rooms, installed a new stair runner, and replaced the railings on our front entry. From day one, Sam was professional and refreshingly honest. He even helped us select the molding, tiles and countertops when we became overwhelmed from choice overload (we had never done a house reno before). No hidden charges, no unanswered texts, no disappearing acts, no “we’ll be back next week”. Just amazing work, clear communication, and a team that treats your home like it’s their own. (I’m still shocked at how immaculate they would leave each work space at the end of the day!) Every detail was meticulously executed, the timeline was actually the timeline, and the craftsmanship is something we’re still showing off to anyone who steps through the door. If you want a beautiful home, ZERO stress, and a contractor who somehow makes renovations feel almost fun, hire Sam at S&K Contractors. Truly five stars (and honestly, I wish I had more to give).
