We had a bathroom remodeled with S&K and we can't say enough good things about them. Sam is a friendly, easy-going owner who was a pleasure to work with and we felt his quote for the project was very reasonable. His team (Williams, Dewis and one other) was professional, hard-working and meticulous. They took care to clean up each day and were respectful of our home. They showed up when they said they would, worked diligently throughout the day and were very accommodating if something needed to be changed. We would use them again in a heart beat!

We had a great experience working with Sam and his crew. We remodeled our 3 bathrooms and installed flooring in our Family Room. I knew the day that Sam came over to talk about our project that we would hire him. He was just very approachable and super friendly. Very easy to work with. His crew was always on time and very professional. Communication is key with any home renovation. We asked Sam tons of questions and there were no silly/stupid questions. He answered them all. He was also very responsive to all questions and gave his opinions and suggestions on whether something could be done or not and why. We appreciated his expertise and our bathrooms and floors turned out beautiful! We have more projects in the future and we will definitely go back to Sam to complete those!.

Sam and team, worked on two of our upstairs bathrooms. While we didn't get a gut renovation, we certainly had important works, including changing both the main bathing areas fully. We agreed to have them do the labor and bring basic material while we bought our own main material that had aesthetics built into them. Sam recommended places to buy from, met with me at these stores to help with technical input and even lugged the tub and tiles from the store to my home. The team was prompt, and respectful. They gave us an estimate that was reasonable and a time-line that they strictly adhered to. They were knowledgeable about the work, and I would certainly use them for future works too.
