I had a cluster of old pipes starting to leak, stemming from two bathrooms on the 2nd floor. I vetted a lot of different plumbing and remodel contractors over the course of 2 months, this was a big job and I did not want to have to revist it ever again. I knew Sam was the guy for the entire job very quickly. He's very experienced with the issues I was having, and it clearly showed. Sam and his team put together a detailed step by step plan for the project (all plumbing and 2 bathrooms remodeled.) Sam's entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly throughout the entire process. The attention to so many details blew me away. I would 100% recommend Sam and his team to anyone who needs a job done right. Five stars!

I loved working Sam. He was very responsive and on top of every element of the project. We did an extensive basement refinishing project that included demolition, permits, and all the walls, floors, etc. He was able to add additional work during the project as well. He has an excellent crew. We will be sure to work with him for all of our home needs!

I hired Sam to manage the carpentry and drywall work on the renovation of my new apartment. His guys sound proofed 1 wall, put up another wall, did some trim work, built a closet and installed new closet system threw out the entire unit. There were a few tweaks that needed to be made along the way, but that’s par for the course. Now that the project is wrapped up, I am very pleased with the results. 👍👍
