- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sunity Pools provides transparent pricing based on scope of work. Excavation, leveling, installation, and equipment setup are clearly outlined in writing. Additional costs may apply if unexpected ground conditions or requested upgrades arise. Estimates are structured to avoid surprises, and payment schedules are clearly communicated before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sunity Pools begins with an on-site evaluation to assess ground conditions, measurements, and placement options. After reviewing the project goals, a clear scope of work is provided. Once approved, excavation and base preparation are completed first, followed by pool assembly, liner installation, equipment setup, and a final walkthrough to ensure everything is properly functioning and level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sunity Pools combines extensive hands-on field experience with Certified Pool Operator (CPO) training. This certification provides a strong understanding of water chemistry, circulation systems, safety standards, and proper pool operation. In addition, Sunity Pools follows manufacturer installation guidelines and structural best practices to ensure each project is completed safely, properly leveled, and built to last.
