- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is based on service provided, gas and tolls. My minimum is 3 hours per day ($195) and the maximum is 4 hours per day ($260). Clients may contract me for a set number of hours per week/month on a continuous basis. I offer this option to anyone with a long term project and the rates are reduced for these projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, communication is key. A face to face meeting or a phone discussion. Pictures are extremely helpful.
