- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive, customers receive high quality workmanship. We do Princeton quality work. We are through and the floors look great. We don't cut corners and use high quality finishes that hold up to use over time. We offer discounts for large jobs or work scheduled during slack times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Often we discuss the project on the phone or meet them in our Flanders showroom and arrange a site visit. - On the site visit, we inspect the site conditions and discuss the choices of woods, finishes and we now carry luxury vinyl tile. - We then submit a written estimate with options if so desired. - After finalizing customer selections, a contract is generated. - A start date is scheduled and work begins to completion.

National Wood Flooring Association courses in installation, finishing and inspection.
