We recently had the pleasure of Chef Antonio cooking for my brother's bachelor party in the Poconos area. It truly made the weekend much more memorable for us all. In addition to how delicious and perfectly prepared the dinner was, Chef Antonio was responsive throughout the process and incredibly helpful with organizing the evening. He has a wide range of culinary skills and it was evident in every course of the dinner. He was also very engaged with the whole group throughout the evening as well. Chef Antonio was the ultimate professional. He turned my kitchen into a restaurant kitchen and did an awesome job! The food was delicious from start to finish. All my guests raved about it, and my dad (guest of honor), absolutely loved it! It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend Chef Antonio!

Our group hired Chef Antonio for a bachelor party and he was amazing! He was very responsive and worked with us on catering a menu that would suit everyone based on their allergies and spice tolerances. He took the time to sit down and call to plan out the menu. His tiramisu was one of the best ones we’ve ever had! Would highly recommend for any event that you want to make special!

We had a great experience with Chef Antonio! He responded very quickly with a personal note, and then proposed a lovely menu for ur Thanksgiving feast for 9 people. He readily tweaked a few items to account for dietary restrictions. On Thanksgiving day, he delivered the food exactly on schedule, with clear directions for how to heat/reheat each dish. And most importantly, the food was delicious and presented beautifully! Favorites from our meal included the squash bisque, salad with dried figs and pickled onions, cranberry sauce, green beans, mashed potatoes, and Apple galette for dessert.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When collaborating with a new client, my process is designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Once you share your desired style of cuisine, I will swiftly provide you with a customized menu proposal that perfectly aligns with your preferences. On the day of your event, I will take care of every aspect, starting with arriving approximately 3 hours before your designated dining time. From shopping for the freshest ingredients from local farms to meticulously planning, prepping, cooking, serving, and even cleaning up, I handle it all. To secure your reservation, I kindly request a 50% deposit upfront, allowing you to reserve your desired date and ensure my availability for your event. The remaining balance can be settled conveniently on the day of the event.
