I started my coaching with Rob about 4 months ago, and i have to say when he first told me about diet change and training plans i was gonna be doing. i honestly didn’t think i would’ve lasted , but i have now come to enjoy the german style training. Rob has definitely sparked an even brighter flame inside, very highly motivated then ever to reach my fitness goals and i’m very happy and satisfied with the progress i’ve gained following his coaching. When it came to responsiveness , rob was on top of it , always providing the highest insight and down to smallest detail on any questions i had. The work quality i would say was phenomenal, definitely admire the work drive that he puts towards taking care of his clients. The professionalism is definitely there, he’s very understanding and just a genuine honest good person. He will help you however he can and i feel like that’s something that not a lot of trainers in general have. Rob is someone who definitely cares and wants the best for his clients and he provides the best ALWAYS. I will definitely be continuing to work Rob and see just how far my progress can increase.
