Mr. Schutz. Is my Attorney for two very disagreeable Tenants-Landlord Cases. I was a total wreck. He came in calm, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and handled.everything. He kept me informed as needed, I asked to be removed from the dealings. He told me what would be done and did it. He DID NOT misinform me about anything. He was totally my Attorney, understanding, reasonable. knowledgeable . I was dealing with a sick parent with no time or patience to deal with an unreasonable situation, Mr. Schutz took it all in stride and handled everything accordingly. I can't begin to tell you how much I respect his professionalism, and client respect. He might refer me on but any legal problems that might come my way I will always call him first. I will always have his card, and he will always be recommended by me as the best Attorney around.
