My mother-in-law started this business as an immigrant 6 years ago while my wife and I worked corporate jobs. With things quickly changing in 2020 (crazy year right?) the idea that we should offer her clientele a safe option for many home management services grew. We partnered with the best cleaning lady in New Jersey for a reason, my wife's corporate finance and supply chain knowledge, and my handyman skills altogether will bring your home to where it needs to be. Helpful Home Property did an excellent job replacing my 1970s sliding patio door. We took the time to review options, the pros and cons and we settled on a great door. The installation went off without a hitch. Would definitely use the contractor again.

While I will offer project spacifics quotes I always prefer an hourly rate. This allows for the customer to always ad work without needing to negotiate pricing.

New customers are always welcome.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up, with a mechanic as a father, the concept of paying someone to do fix things was unheard of. Then when my wife and I purchased our first home we went right into doing everything ourselves. Eventually started sharing our DIY work on Instagram and formed a bit of a social media presence. Finally when the pandemic effected my job I decided it was time for a change. With combining my childhood with my skills I honed as an adult along with my passion for meeting and helping new people this seemed to just fit.
