I would give this contractor a 0 star review if I could. First their messages were short and unprofessional. They responded in short answers, incomplete sentences, very poor response times, and no clarity in messages. After struggling with their messages, I made an appointment for a patio consultation for 8am. They no call no showed my appointment. After waiting twenty minutes at the property, I called them at 8:20, and they told me they could be there at 8:40. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I can only imagine how terrible it would be to actually book a job with them. I have no idea how they have reviews calling them truly professional, because they were the least professional company I have ever worked with. Seek other options for your needs.
