Joe was great! Very easy to work with as far as scheduling and repairing a dish washer and a refrigerator ice dispenser. Price was set up front and seemed reasonable. I won't hesitate to call him back again when something breaks.

Joe Donnelly did a great job diagnosing the problem with my dishwasher. Once he identified the part that was needed, he returned the next day to complete the repair on New Year's Eve day, a Saturday. My dishwasher works better now than it has in years. Clean, prompt and professional.

They phoned before the scheduled appointment, arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about the problem, kept me informed and offered different solutions for the repair.
