- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and transparent—no surprise fees. I offer bundled savings for quarterly or seasonal plans, and discounts for senior citizens, veterans, and first responders. Pricing varies depending on the pest issue and the size of the property, but I always explain the cost upfront and tailor solutions to each customer’s needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
start with a thorough inspection, indoors and out, to identify the source of any pest problems and potential entry points. Then I explain the findings and create a custom treatment plan based on the issue and environment. After treatment, I follow up to ensure the problem is resolved and to offer tips for preventing future issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m fully licensed in pest control and continue to complete ongoing training to stay current with the latest industry standards, safety regulations, and treatment methods. I’m also well-versed in IPM (Integrated Pest Management), which focuses on long-term prevention.
