- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible. I can work around my pricing with customers who are serious about getting my services and remaining my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my counseling (talk therapy) on a spiritual level. I usually like to start by asking them for clarification of their issues and taking it from there. I like to have a feel of what the clients will need, so essentially, they'll make the decision of whether to hire me or not after an initial consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a degree in Human services with a concentration in mental and behavioral health. I had to do field work training in a high school as a counselor and I also had to shadow a therapist to get the gist of the field. I do some counseling for my patients at the hospital I work at now, but decided it was time to start putting my skills to use to others out there.
