FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your first 30-minute consultation is free, with no commitment. After we talk about your goals, I send you a package that fits how often you want to train and whether you prefer in-person, online, or a mix of both. Pricing is clear up front with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Free consultation: we talk about your goals, training history, injuries and schedule. 2) Movement check: I assess how you squat, hinge, push, pull and move, so I know where to start safely. 3) Personalized plan: I build your program around your goals and your real schedule, with nutrition guidance to support it. 4) Coaching: in person (I come to your gym or building gym) or online with video feedback. 5) Weekly check-ins: I review your progress every week and update your program so you keep moving forward.
