Every customers budget and needs vary. Therefore no two jobs are ever the same unless it is in a development and it is newconstruction
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free estimate to start We like to listen to there requests and ideas for there new project. We show them projects we have done in there area that are similar to the project they are proposing to do on there home. Once they see the before and after pictures of our projects we then proceed with references for them to follow up on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
27 years in the field experience. I have been a supervisor , a project manager, and sight supervisor for some of the largest builder in the USA including KHovnanian . A certified , Construction Technology professional. This is a two year program that targets only the construction field. Successful completion of the national building inspectors course The hardest job of all, married 24 years
