The Casera team gets an A+ in every category. While working out the details for our event, they were extremely helpful, offering ideas and suggestions. The team is professional, pleasant, and really warm and kind, and their service was too notch. Most importantly, the food and decor were impeccable. Every menu item was laid out beautifully and tasted delicious! And several guests commented on what an amazing Casera put together for us. Highly recommend and will definitely use this caterer again!

Casera Group catered a party I was giving. The interaction with the owner was easy from our first call through to the end of the party. The owner was incredibly helpful and flexible. The food was beyond excellent, which isn’t the case with many caterers. And the staff were wonderful. Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end.

Adolfo and his team catered our cocktail wedding for 100 guests and we can't recommend them enough. We contacted him for cocktail catering but his service was not limited to food. He and his team helped us plan and manage every details of the night and suggested some details that we had not even thought about. The quality of food was great, service was professional, staff was friendly, we specially liked our event captain. Also, he and his team were very punctual and overall, they helped us enjoy our wedding without being worried about details.

Adolfo is UNBELIEVABLE! He is truly a professional caterer- reliable, knowledgable, efficient, friendly, and knows how to make GREAT food! Everyone of our guests commented how creative the appetizers were and how delicious the entree/buffet items was also evident in the numerous second-helpings that most guests had! Adolfo helped decrease the stress and anxiety surrounded by planning a wedding, and made sure everything was PERFECT down to the last detail! He runs his catering service like a well-oiled machine, and even delivered the alcohol to the event! He is one-of-a kind and we HIGHLY recommend using him for your next event- big or small, fancy or casual...he is the best decision we made for our wedding!

Adolfo and his team are amazing! They provided the catering for our son's first birthday party, which we hosted in our backyard. Every step of the way in the lead up to the party, Adolfo took time to explain our options, offer his thoughts and tailor the proposal to meet our needs. So we already knew we were in safe hands, but our experience the day of the actual party exceeded any expectations we had going in. The set-up, prep and service was professional, efficient and perfectly executed. Guests kept coming up to us to compliment how good the food was. And once the party wrapped, Adolfo's team was very diligent in the clean-up, leaving our kitchen undisturbed and perfectly organized. Would 100% recommend Manjar to anyone looking for great food and top notch service.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Prices differ on food, serving style, staff, rentals, beverages and length of the event. We donadd a standard industry service fee of 18% but we also have discount opportunities.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once we have contact with the client, we do an inquiry about all the detail their request consist of; food, rentals, staff style of service and length of event. Once I’ve gotten all the information needed I’ll write them a proposal/quote. I encourage the client to take a look at it and if they have any questions or concerns to not hesitate on contacting me to further assist them. Obviously I want their business, so based on their feed back I’ll revise the proposal /quote and resend.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a culinary graduate. I’ve been a chef for 20 years. I was an Executive Chef for some of top premier catering firm and companies in the Tri Star Area.
