Working with Manjar Boutique Catering was flawless from beginning to end. They took the time to understand exactly what was needed for our event and went above and beyond to make sure the baby shower was perfect. We are so glad that we went with Adolfo and his team for our wedding reception! Adolfo was very attentive and thorough and met with us a number of times before our event to ensure that everything was taken care. His food tasting was so good and we loved how down to earth he was. His staff was very helpful at the event and we are really happy we went with Manjar for our big day!

Adolfo and his team catered our cocktail wedding for 100 guests and we can't recommend them enough. We contacted him for cocktail catering but his service was not limited to food. He and his team helped us plan and manage every details of the night and suggested some details that we had not even thought about. The quality of food was great, service was professional, staff was friendly, we specially liked our event captain. Also, he and his team were very punctual and overall, they helped us enjoy our wedding without being worried about details.

Adolfo is UNBELIEVABLE! He is truly a professional caterer- reliable, knowledgable, efficient, friendly, and knows how to make GREAT food! Everyone of our guests commented how creative the appetizers were and how delicious the entree/buffet items were....it was also evident in the numerous second-helpings that most guests had! Adolfo helped decrease the stress and anxiety surrounded by planning a wedding, and made sure everything was PERFECT down to the last detail! He runs his catering service like a well-oiled machine, and even delivered the alcohol to the event! He is one-of-a kind and we HIGHLY recommend using him for your next event- big or small, fancy or casual...he is the best decision we made for our wedding!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Prices differ on food, serving style, staff, rentals, beverages and length of the event. We donadd a standard industry service fee of 18% but we also have discount opportunities.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once we have contact with the client, we do an inquiry about all the detail their request consist of; food, rentals, staff style of service and length of event. Once I’ve gotten all the information needed I’ll write them a proposal/quote. I encourage the client to take a look at it and if they have any questions or concerns to not hesitate on contacting me to further assist them. Obviously I want their business, so based on their feed back I’ll revise the proposal /quote and resend.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a culinary graduate. I’ve been a chef for 20 years. I was an Executive Chef for some of top premier catering firm and companies in the Tri Star Area.
