- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial consultation is free!! We are very well aware that we're public servants first and then business owners. Our fees are very reasonable for the services provided. We will quote you a flat fee or an hourly fee whenever possible. Tax returns prices are based on the complexity of the return. Every Tax return is different hence their prices too vary. Every service is different as well. All fees are based on the amount of work involved. However, please be rest assured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we typically have a consultation to determine the scope of the project and the estimated timeline for completion to set clear expectations upfront. However, if you're simply quote shopping, let's not waste each other's time. Time is of essence! We consider 'trust' to be the most important aspect of our business. We will work with you in every way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NEELKANTH ACCOUNTANTS professionals are licensed CPAs. Every year we take various Continuing Professional Educational courses so that we can stay up to date with the latest laws and provide the best service to our clients.
