- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-rate pricing, no hourly guesswork, no hidden surprises. You'll know exactly what the job costs before we begin. We charge a $99 service call fee to come out and assess the issue, but that fee is waived if you move forward with the work. We also offer maintenance memberships and seasonal discounts for added savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. After understanding your concerns, we send a licensed technician to assess the issue and offer a flat-rate estimate. If approved, we get to work right away. We believe in clear communication, clean work, and jobs done right the first time.

Our team is fully licensed and insured, with years of hands-on experience and ongoing training. We stay up to date on the latest plumbing codes, tools, and technologies to ensure every job is performed to the highest standard.
