We take pride in being on time and sticking to budgets. I learned from my father in the 80s and now its me and my son , who is heading to the Navy soon. I am an expert at all phases of commercial and residential construction. I am always available for my customers 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns. Brian from B&B came for site inspection to provide an estimate. Gave a reasonable price estimate. Clearly listed all the work to be done in a very professional written estimate. Once I approved after little negotiation, he came with helper and fixed all the rotten exterior trims around the windows and soffits with PVC trims. Job was done very precisely and left the place broom clean taking all the debris. Thank you Brian. He also referred me to a painter to finish the trims. I would definitely hire him for future works.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I do all aspects of Commercial and Residential contracting. No two jobs are alike and that is also one of the reasons I love what I do. It is also the reason jobs are always differently priced depending on site conditions and my clients personal tastes and job finishing materials (high end, low end, middle of the road).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get the job done quickly and clean, I like to leave a job area cleaner than when I get there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA Class, experience is the best teacher.
