We take pride in being on time and sticking to budgets. I learned from my father in the 80s . I am an expert at all phases of commercial and residential construction. I am always available for my customers 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns. I am also an insurance expert when it comes to getting my clients the money they deserve when a claim arises. Personally I am most satisfied at the completion of a project knowing all work has been done to mine and my clients standards and expectations. I believe in only doing quality work and not cutting corners even if that means less profit for my company. I am very picky when it comes to my finish product and take great pride in what I do.

Had Brian install a basement window a couple of years ago. Was very pleased and had him back to do an upgrade on my front porch and rear deck. Excellent workmanship and outcome. Just had him back to take care of a few details outside and install crown molding in my basement office. Again very pleased with him and his craftsmanship. Next renovation I’ll be calling him back. Highly recommended.

We needed our new home renovated in a very short time and Brian, his son, and team really pulled through for us. The project, which consisted of 2 separate floors and a deck, was completed in just a few months so we were able to move in on time. We are very happy with the new life the renovation breathed into this older home! If anything is not to your liking, Brian will work with you until it is. He also provides good value for his services and stands by the quality of his work, which is quite rare these days.

Brian from B&B came for site inspection to provide an estimate. Gave a reasonable price estimate. Clearly listed all the work to be done in a very professional written estimate. Once I approved after little negotiation, he came with helper and fixed all the rotten exterior trims around the windows and soffits with PVC trims. Job was done very precisely and left the place broom clean taking all the debris. Thank you Brian. He also referred me to a painter to finish the trims. I would definitely hire him for future works.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I do all aspects of Commercial and Residential contracting. No two jobs are alike and that is also one of the reasons I love what I do. It is also the reason jobs are always differently priced depending on site conditions and my clients personal tastes and job finishing materials (high end, low end, middle of the road).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get the job done quickly and clean, I like to leave a job area cleaner than when I get there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA Class, experience is the best teacher.
