I happily endorse Live ApplianceRepair Service! This is my second time using them and they've been excellent both times. They fixed my washer previously, so when my dryer stopped working I called them right away. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it at a very reasonable price. My Bosch fridge was not getting cold. They were quick to schedule an appointment the next day, and Rza was speedy in diagnosing the issue.I really appreciated that I was able to chat with the technician before scheduling the service call to share the relevant information about the issue. I decdied to not have them fix the issue for my own reasons.

We were very satisfied with the service that was provided by Live AppliancesRepair Service(LARS). My LG refrigerator stopped working and after speaking with the horrible LG customer service who did inform me that my compressor needed to be replaced based on the symptoms I described and that they could have a tech at my home in 6 days to complete the replacement and since the compressor was still under the ten year warranty I would only be charged a flat rate for the repair. LG did say that if any other parts or repairs were needed it would be covered under the flat rate. That was great but I was not available on day 6 so I called LARS and Spoke with Russell and informed him of my situation. He not only was available the same day but also stated that he would have all the needed parts with him to compete any needed repairs. Russell texted me when he was in route with an arrival time and was on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had all the parts on his vehicle to complete the repairs, cleaned the area and provided tips on future maintenance. I need to add that I paid for the repairs including for a new replacement compressor that was under warranty. Russell spoke with LG and provided them a list of the parts required to complete the repair and they sent them to his business office and upon receipt LARS immediately reimbursed me the cost of the parts. Great Service and yes I would recommend and use them again if needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call and diagnosis fee -$89
10% discount for seniors
10% discount for retirees
10% discount for police, soldiers, doctors and teachers
If the customer decides to have it done after the diagnosis is made, there is no service call fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a correct diagnosis, I ask the customer what the problem is, in what interval, when it started. According to what the customer said, I contact, check and diagnose. Customer satisfaction is very important to me.
