Joe was responded to my call very promptly, and was professional and friendly. He thoroughly assessed my situation (Tankless hot water heater partially installed by HVAC man) and explained all aspects and challenges of the job so that I could make an informed decision. He gave me what I thought to be a fair price for the amount and quality of work that was completed.
