We are a husband and wife music duo who work with an amazing team that provides professional DJ, MC, Karaoke, Event Photography, Photobooth, Audio Recording and Live Music Entertainment for any event from weddings to town fairs to proposals to church services to restaurants to bar/bat mitzvahs, wineries, graduation parties,beer gardens, birthday parties, outdoor concerts, anniversary parties and more! We want to create an atmosphere of music that is unique to your style and interests to make your event better than you could have ever imagined! We offer dance floor lighting, uplighting and fog machine packages with all of our services! We offer photobooth services for all events. We offer event photography for all events. Live Music: We offer many types of music packages from a music duo (vocals with piano and acoustic guitar), trio(duo plus vocals and lead guitar),to a full band (trio plus bass and drummer.) We also offer Instrumental Music for wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. Our musical background; Chris studied music and voice at Westminster in Princeton, NJ . He is a classicaly trained pianist and plays multiple instruments. Sarah has been singing and playing music her whole life! We offer piano, guitar, and vocal lessons. (In person and virtual) You can come to our studio or we can come to you (prices vary depending on travel) We offer Audio Recording here at our studio in Manalapan. Chris has worked with multiple bands, singer/songwriters, and rappers. *We are fully insured* Ask about our weddings only business, No Macarena. We are top rated on The Knot and Wedding Wire.

Blown away. These two words genuinely can’t say enough about these guys. Our wedding on March 20th was anything but normal, but Chris and Sarah of Castles in the Sky made sure the live music and DJ set was above and beyond what we could have expected. Their deep love for what they do and for music itself was evident throughout the entire process. While putting everything together, Sarah and Chris asked detailed questions to make sure the ceremony and reception were exactly what we wanted. Some of the questions I had never even thought of, but they knew exactly how to make the event flow music-wise. They were very communicative in the time leading up to the wedding too, which we absolutely appreciated. The day of, they were early and ready with their setup well before guests started arriving. Sarah provided live acoustic guitar and singing for the ceremony while Chris made sure the sound was on point. (My husband is a musician too so the sound quality was VERY important and Chris definitely delivered.) Sarah’s voice though! The passion and soul in her voice provided the most romantic atmosphere as my parents walked me down the aisle. Castles in the Sky took our extremely random song requests for the reception and used their professional experience to help them all make sense together. As an emcee, Chris kept the energy up and was extremely personable as we’d hoped our DJ would be! The lights they provided created an energetic atmosphere, which I wasn’t sure could even happen for a micro wedding! Castles in the Sky maintained complete professionalism while being two of the most personable people my now-husband and I have ever met. I seriously thought about how much I would love to be friends with them! There is no doubt in my mind that I want to hire them again. The whole experience with them was phenomenal and I’m already hoping that we can have another event just so we can be around their DJ skills and musicianship. Like I said, Castles in the Sky blew us away!

I was hosting a holiday party for my company in Bergen County, NJ and wanted a DJ who could also pull off a Karaoke party. I connected with Sarah from Castles in the Sky and she and her husband Chris delivered exactly what I wanted at a great price! Sarah is super responsive in the booking process, even with the administrative items I needed them to complete because this was a corporate event. (Insurance, Payment forms and Covid-protocols)

The event itself was a huge hit and our group loved the music! It took a bit to get the karaoke going, and Sarah and Chris even stepped in to preform a few songs themselves and were amazing! Once we got going it was a blast a d we extended the party an extra hour from what we originally agreed to and Sarah and Chris were 100% accommodating.

Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Wow, from the minute I first spoke with Sarah I knew that I wanted her to be part of our big day! She put me at ease and was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process, dealing with all kinds of changes and special requests for our wedding, especially at the last minute. She and Christian are a dynamic duo that bring a sense of joy and good energy into the atmosphere.
I would recommend them for any kind of event - they are experienced, talented, and a pleasure to work with. They can cater to such a wide range of entertainment and went the extra mile for us being our Emcees, DJ’s and Musicians all in one. They even spent extra time in the studio to enhance the instrumentals and give us a full band sound with just the 2 of them. 5 stars all around!!

All 5 members of Castles in the Sky played at New London Counseling Center's fundraiser gala. I can’t say enough about the enthusiasm, flexibility, kindness, and of course the awesome TALENT possessed by every band member. By the time of our fundraiser, I felt like I knew them - we were so privileged to have them at the Gala. I first contacted them via this website and I received a quick and informative response from Sarah. Their pricing is very competitive for all that they provide. Everything they did from pre-event communications, lighting, sound, playlist, and last but not least, their incredible sound was top notch. The music was incredible and got people up dancing. I totally recommend them and am hoping to hire them for our 2022 event!!!! Thank you all, Lisa Owen

Sarah and Chris were AMAZING at our wedding! We had a tight timeline to stick to for our wedding, and they DELIVERED. Their energy was huge, and all of our guests loved them. They spent time speaking and emailing with us before our wedding to understand exactly what our vision was, and again, they delivered! They both are incredibly kind and personable, and will definitely be our go to for any events we need DJs for!
