I am happy with Master Touch Home Service’s work. I hired them for thermostat installation. They were easy to work with, professional and on time. Even cleaned up afterwards. They checked my HVAC system before they did the installation just to see if there were other issues and gave me an overall picture of the system. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Definitely would work with them again in the future!

The owner Mike called me first and explained clearly about the visit charge and installation process. He was very transparent that there’s a possibility that the system I have may not be compatible with the thermostat that I wanted him to install and that regardless of the outcome, I’ve had to pay the visit fee since he would come all the way to determine compatibility. However, upon his arrival, he clearly inspected the entire system, the thermostat and told me that the thermostat is compatible. He performed the installation, tested it and explained everything to me. In the process, he noticed that the drain was not cleaned as it supposed to have been and cleaned the drain too. Very professional, very punctual and great work quality. I would recommend this company and would definitely use their services as needed in the future.

Want a job done right? These are your guys! What I had to do was a minor job (changing out a thermostat). It did however require some wiring that was unexpected. Every step was explained to me and I am more than satisfied with the work. I will be calling them again for some more work in the future.

Master touch did an excellent job installing a very heavy chandelier in a tray my master bedroom tray ceiling. They are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to make sure it had the correct support. They were on time, professional, and careful to make sure they didn’t damage my hardwood floors. I already hired them for another project. You will not be disappointed!
