We had a great experience with Hovhannes and his crew at Master Touch Home Service, LLC They replaced our heating and air conditioning system at a very competitive price. Hovhannes took the time to explain different systems, the installation process and why our present system failed. He and his crew showed up on time, staying late to ensure our new system was installed and operating correctly and everything inside and out was cleaned up. Two days later a manufacturer’s fitting on the humidifier failed causing water to be sprayed in an area in our basement. We contacted Hovhannes to inform him of what happened. He immediately brought a crew to clean up the damage, purchased boxes to replace wet ones and had his team replace the faulty unit all at no charge to us. Even though it was manufacturers defect he gave us a check to have dinner on him for our trouble. We believe he and his crew went above and beyond to ensure our experience with Master Touch Home Service, LLC was a positive one.

Hovhannes gave great customer service. He replied to my inquiry right away and came and did a through inspection of a HVAC system I just had installed in June. It turns out that it wasnt in great shape and I needed another Brand New System. Hovannes explained everything and showed me deficiencies in real time. He was patient with me and offered various recommendations. The team came out and did an excellent job with the installation and actually reconnected my air scrubber. I would definitely recommend this company.

Just wanted to say thank you to Master Touch Home Services and the entire crew. I worked with Hovannes on trying to repair an old unit (15+ yrs) and no luck. He talked me thru what would need replacing and the cost. he was very fair and helped me save cost by using some of the existing hardware that was still in good condition. I truly appreciated him doing his best to keep the cost down. He worked with me on setting up a time to replace the unit as I was out of town and needed to coordinate a trip back. I was met by Arthur and Leo on the morning of the install. They were courteous and ontime. They answered any questions I had and Hovannes arrived later to complete the job and make sure I understood what work was done and how to use the system. Master Touch also took care of all the permits, certificates, and warranty stuff. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them in the future.

The pricing was a bit out of our budget but the owner was very punctual, very responsive, and had a ton of professional knowledge. I would trust this company with future work for sure and definitely recommend them if you need professional estimates.
