I am happy with Master Touch Home Service’s work. I hired them for thermostat installation. They were easy to work with, professional and on time. Even cleaned up afterwards. They checked my HVAC system before they did the installation just to see if there were other issues and gave me an overall picture of the system. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Definitely would work with them again in the future!

The owner Mike called me first and explained clearly about the visit charge and installation process. He was very transparent that there’s a possibility that the system I have may not be compatible with the thermostat that I wanted him to install and that regardless of the outcome, I’ve had to pay the visit fee since he would come all the way to determine compatibility. However, upon his arrival, he clearly inspected the entire system, the thermostat and told me that the thermostat is compatible. He performed the installation, tested it and explained everything to me. In the process, he noticed that the drain was not cleaned as it supposed to have been and cleaned the drain too. Very professional, very punctual and great work quality. I would recommend this company and would definitely use their services as needed in the future.

Response was immediate and came same day in an hour. He diagnosed the issue with the furnace and made some adjustments. Then he advised on couple small things to preserve the furnace. He did not try to sell me a new one. Great experience.

I was luck to find Master Touch Home Service on Yelp after reading so many positive reviews, and choosing them turned out to be the right decision. I didn't even bother getting a second or third opinion or quote.My air conditioning and heating systems had been acting up and making strange noises, so I initially just wanted routine maintenance. However, it turned out that no maintenance had been done since we moved into the house 19 years ago, and both systems were on the verge of failing.Hovhannes thoroughly explained the issues and recommended replacing the units. He took the time to walk me through my options and helped me make an informed decision without any pressure. His crew was professional, considerate, and efficient. Hovhannes even arranged for his electrician to fix one of my bathroom light switches and install a new bedroom light at no extra cost.The systems were replaced within a week, and I am extremly pleased with the quality of the work and their dedication to customer service. I would highly recommend Master Touch Home Service to anyone in need of HVAC services.
