Janine was wonderful to work with! We all work from home so having all our technology up and and running at all times is so important. She’s assisted us with Wi-Fi issues, printing issues and setting up one of our new workstations. Fixing technology is not my strength so having her available to assist when issues come up is a life saver.

Janine was patient and professional. She was able to walk me through connecting my printer to my internet. I'm not tech savvy but she had so much patience with me that I felt as though I was a computer genius once I was connected. I call her for all my tech needs and she's always got the answer.
