- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from job to job as there are many factors that go into what it takes to complete a job. Rest assured, at She Haul, we are committed to giving our customers a fair and accurate quote no matter how big or small the job. We prefer to build relationships with our clients and we believe fair pricing is critical to building that relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will work with a customer through any way they prefer. Some customers like to communicate through email, some text, some over the phone and others like the old fashioned way...face to face. We're good with all of these.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal training in transport, hauling and logistics had been invaluable to my success. But my hands on, day to day learning is the cornerstone of my business.
