I had squirrels in the attic that needed attention. I happen to go through quite a few of recommendations from online portals and all of them seems to be just ripping me off until I came across Clean Space USA.The owner Michael was excellent to deal with from beginning to end. He came out and assessed our house within a day and gave me a very thorough rundown of details he saw when he checked out the attic.He is very knowledgeable and went into each small corner to find every aspect of infestation, if applicable. This was not something noticed in the previous individuals that had come around.He went over the entire process from beginning to end, giving me exact details of how the infestation would have happened and what are the possible options.He gave me run down cost for all the pros and cons against each. This was very comforting considering that I had options to weigh opting the pros and cons and decide as which one should I opt for.The day of his team was very organized meticulous and respectful of our home, the protected the floors and taped off the room so nothing would get through the rest of the house.I work from Home and was worried that the noise would be disruptive, but you wouldnt even know they were there.They took pictures and shared them with me, each step of the way before cleaning, after cleaning and sanitizing, after installing new insulation and before and after when they sealed off all outside openings on our roof. for my own record keeping , which I greatly appreciate because I know the proper work was done and can have peace of mind that I wasnt taking advantage of and that we will not have this problem again.Now with this work done and its been a few months now, we have not noticed any animal activity and can now sleep peacefully!Incredibly professional and he is a hands on contractor to ensure the job is done right.Do not hesitate to work with them !!! In fact I would say he is the only person to work with for any of your animal encounters in your home.Thanks Michael and Clean Space team!!

CleanSpaceUSA took care of a delicate situation for me and my family. They came to our rescue when a raccoon was discovered living in our attic. It was a messy job, but Michael handled it professionally. He was easy to work with and explained everything in detail. He answered all of my questions. And I appreciate how he walked me through each step, documenting with pictures along the way. They thoroughly cleared out our attic space, sealed up the area where the raccoon got in and replaced the old insulation with new insulation. It looks so much better now. If ever we had another rodent problem, God forbid, we will call CleanSpaceUSA.

Had a few quotes from a couple companies. Clean space shot is straight and told us we didn't need the "add ons" the other companies were saying we needed. Saved a ton of money with them.
