Introduction: Synergy Martial Arts provides practical and unique Martial Arts training for children, teens and adults. Children ages 3 to 5 participate in our Junior Champions program, which teaches them basic martial arts skills using a fun, game-based curriculum. Children ages 6 to 16 participate in our Martial Arts program and learn practical Krav Maga-based self-defense techniques, Martial Arts skills and Life Skills such as confidence, discipline, goal-setting and perseverance -- all in a supportive, family-friendly atmosphere. Our adult program offerings include our Adults-Only Martial Arts, Ving Tsun Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Israeli Krav Maga (self-defense) and our intense CardioSTRENGTH fitness program. A women's-only Krav Maga self defense program is held every Tuesday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Self-defense for incoming college freshmen and current college students is offered over the Summer months. Synergy Martial Arts is the area's best kept secret! We're affordable, family-friendly, and there's never a contract for any of our programs.. The owners are supper friendly and treat everyone like family. The self defense instructor is great, and doesn't take himself to seriously. A fantastic class and I look forward to going every week.

I love the class. I even took my sisters to the class. We all love it. Our instructor Ms. Linda is very knowledgeable and I feel very empowered already by the moves of Krav Maga I have learned already.

I have been working out with Bob and Linda for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say! The CardioStrength workout is awesome! You never know what you're going to be doing, so you won't get bored! It is guaranteed to be a great workout and you will be drenched when you're done!
