Our Life Coaching service is for FEMALES ONLY, ideal for girls & women going through a major change in life or seeking to achieve a change in themselves. I’m a British born certified professional Life Coach through CLCI, accredited by the ICF and I specialize in adversity and resilience for those who want to feel strength and happiness again. I help my clients create clear goals, build better habits and reframe insecurities and obstacles, and so they can make meaningful, lasting changes. My approach is personalized, practical, and focused on helping you become the best version of yourself. You are in the driving seat and I become your GPS to get you to where you want to be. Sessions: I offer virtual sessions via Zoom and also phone calls for discretion and comfort in maintaining a comfortable and private setting for our discussions. Cost: $100 for a 1 hour session. To be paid 24 hours in advance to hold the session. I don’t take any insurance as I am not a medical professional or a doctor / therapist, but I offer senior discounts and also proudly provide discount for military and first responders. Why a Life Coaching service? Life becomes very noisy with many conflicting opinions from family and friends. I offer an unbiased view for you to disclose your personal experiences and goals without judgement in a private setting. I have coached for many years in the UK and look forward to bringing my service to new clients to improve their cognitive wellness and improve their self worth.
