- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At iPark we strive to gain customer's satisfaction and earn their business when it's under our ability we will be able to work with each and every customer with prices and apply discounts if needs to and it doesn't reflect the effort of the work if we are paid less, in fact we try every effort to keep the client and their guests happy with the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Listen to Customers, to be able to fulfill their needs - Apologize, When something goes wrong. - Be Available, try to be available to be able to accommodate their event - Be Respectful, Respect is earned - Appreciate the Power of “Yes”. when accepting a job, its must be fulfilled, Yes means doesn't matter 100 degrees or -1 outside if customer doesn't cancel, we are working!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experienced Valet Service for 2 years and I trained my staff that are now leads and training new staff members to follow the protocol and the customer enjoyment and satisfactory that I experienced.
